OK! Now that we've settled the 2013 question, can anyone give me a step by step guide? Where is the relay anyway?

Try this Thread on the last post. Priuschat.com/threads/turn-signal-relay-replacement.122220/
Or if tyou have long arm, try reach all the way from the under side next to Break padle (straight up) and squeeze to release it, thats how I did mine.

And here is a picture of what to look for. You won't be able to remove the relay. Just unplug it and plug in your new one and stash it up inside. image.jpg

How much would a car audio shop charge to do this? This is beyond my clumsy skills.

Don't pay someone to do it. It's difficult but not impossible. Just take your time. A shop would probably charge you $100 to do this because of the difficult getting to it.

Isn't there stuff one can disassemble to obtain easier access? I just need how-to pictures.

I've heard another option is taking the dash apart. I wouldn't do that. If I can give any help, I would say to turn on your flashers, lay on your back on the floorboard, stick your hand up the back behind everything, feel for the buzzing of the relay, unplug it, plug in the new relay. But you'll be doing it blind and one handed!
