Sold my 2010 Prius and removed the McGard Wheel locks. Comes with four lugs with washers and two wheel lock keys. Paid $50, will sell for $25 shipped to your door.
You Amazon link is for the cone style lug nuts. These will not work on the Prius. You need the ones with the washers. They sell for $49 on Priuschat. I am also including a second key which costs $14.99 when purchased from McGard separately. Somebody7 I am not disappointed. You should do a little more research before you tell others what will work on their Prius. PriusChat Shop : 2010-2013 Toyota Prius Wheel Locks [00276-00900] - $49.00 Fit 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Prius liftback models, including the Prius Plug-in.
Mike, It's so often that so many people make unsubstantiated claims without doing the real research into the details. It's like other deals and investments. If it's too good to be true,... You already know the rest.
My mistake. But just because PriusChat has them listed for a price, doesn't mean that it's the going rate. Here is the correct one on amazon or this on toyotapartstore.
Because nobody has ever made a mistake on a forum correct? Plus, I wasnt posting to be an a-hole, I was just trying to let other people know that it wasnt that great of a deal.
I've been researching and monitoring their cost for two years, now. They generally sell for the $30+ range plus shipping. So, $25 delivered is a GOOD deal.
$33 from Amazon plus an extra wheel key that costs $15 from McGard. Cost = $48 dollars. I am selling for $25 shipped to your door. Yes, this is a good deal.
