So earlier today the most pretty epic thing happened while I was on my way home. At a stop light a fellow Prius C owner pulled right up next to me! We rolled down our windows and had a quick small chat before we each had to go our own way and it turns out we got our cars around the same time (different dealership), and he too is recent member or PriusChat! His Prius C was a Magnetic Gray Metallic where mines was Super White. His too was also a Trim 3 and all this happened in like 40 seconds! I hope he sees this post because I couldn't grab his username But YEAH! That was an awesome moment! Seeing a fellow comrade and knowing that we are on the same site! I hope I get to see more enthusiastic Prius C owners in the future and a chance to say HI!
Very cool, I'm seeing more and more Prius C's in NY & NJ now. None have been Absolutley Red like mine though

I see quite a few here in mid-Michigan where pick ups, SUV's, etc rule. I'm probably viewed as a pinko commie bed wetter for driving a C2 although I'm just the opposite. It's really strange, I get the feeling that a small percentage of the other people on the road are really peeved that they have to share it with a Prius.
And that sucks. People just tend to get upset or have road rage when all you're trying to do is drive safer and smarter. Best of luck to ya and just keep rubbing those awesome MPG in their faces and let them keep filling up $60-$120 gas tanks
I'm ordering the Aqua badges from Garm for just this reason. People will overlook the Aqua and only get mad when they see Prius.
I get the same looks I don't really care im saving a ton of money to drive to work. My other cars are not fuel effect at all and I love them as much as the prius
Just picked up a magnetic gray four on Tues night and love this car!! Getting the windows tinted at the moment. Traded in a 2009 Honda Fit for better mpgs. I did experience a strange vibration like driving over rumple strips a few times?? Otherwise, nice smooth ride. Very cute compared to the regular Prius....but I am a huge fan of little cars. Hope I see more of us on the road!
I've noticed the same thing in the past week or so. It is only when the ICE is on at fairly low RPM. I'm guessing it is just a random vibration. Anyone know what it is?
Since I got my car I've gotten a few but I just thought that was normal like the car is just breaking in... and it was pretty short too it wasn't as long an noticeable.
My guess is you are feeling the ICE turn off when you are going at a slow speed. The ICE typically revs up a bit and then turns off. Check to see if the EV bubble lights up after the "rumbling" next time Galaxy Nexus ? 2
