Everyone! Who out there has the Black Prius C4 with a Black (vs. Light Blue Gray) Softex interior? How do you like it? Does it make the car more stylish/substantial? Too hot in warm weather? Easier to keep clean? Is the Softex more durable (for dog meanderings for instance) than leather? Please share your experiences with it. Thanks much!
I haven't had an issue with dog hair on the seats... it's the carpet that shows dog hair. We dog park just about every weekend. But then I do have a blanket on the seat so the nails don't rip.
My dog is small so there's no problems with the imitation leather tearing. It's held up pretty good for the last year. Ever had a black car? Black interior too? In the sun. In the summer. Ever try to keep one clean? If you don't like a hot car or don't have the time/patience to keep a black car pristine, or live south of Kansas City, buy something else. But, if you just HAVE to have your first black car...go ahead. You'll see soon enough.
