Sweet!! I know have approx 550 miles on my Prius Four, and so far I'm averaging 50.5 miles per gallon in all driving conditions. I rented a Prius Two for a 3200 mile road trip and got in the 49.x range. Awesome car! I love the design of the interior too. A nice change from the everyday look of cars.
Thanks for encouragement. I still have to read the manual, though I am all set with driving. Car sound looks harsh in the beginning but settles in lower after gaining speed. That I can live with it. I have 90 miles driving each day and hopefully I will SAVE - money , environment, planet and my sanity.
Love mine too! in the foothills and a lot of short trips im at 40 mpg. Once she's out on the freeway, hills or no hills she gets the 50
Your going to love this car, bought mine two weeks ago. I would recommend installing Rude person's box beam and front brace. It makes a big difference when driving. Plus it should not void your warranty.
Congrats on the great price you got. Here in Hawaii, the dealer rarely sells below MSRP, and due to the popularity of the Toyota brand, they can get away with it as they have exclusive dealer rights with the manufacturer.
Very jealous of the blizzard personas from you and sfcyclist, due to budget constraint and limited availability i settled with blizzard prius 2 last weekend, cant wait to get my first 500mile tank!

Congrats! Fuelly is great.. now with more Persona's around, would be interesting to see if 17's effect MPG. My recent visit to Socal yielded a 5mpg better than where I live.
BTW, since you got white, that means you have a black interior. You should def. tint the windows as that reduces heat build up. Those Softex in black heat up fast! If I had a choice, I would have chosen gray.
