    Per the manual, 11.9 gal, but usually stops around 9.5 gal when fueling

    44 x 11.9 = 523. Computer is generous too so you're probably getting 43mpg at best, so you should have ran out of gas at 511.. Something isn't right.. :unsure:

    Yeah, I realize; I was more focused on miles/tank. In reality, I was averaging over 50 mpg for the first 1/3 of the tank. Mileage then dropped thereafter.

    I am steadily getting 46.7mpg. You have more guts than I do...haven't let mine go below 30 miles left before chickening out and refilling :/

    Fill up and mileage don't lie.. I don't trust my computer and from what I read it's consistently off... in your case, it reported lower than actual which is weird. NTL, great mpg.. I have yet to hit 46 on a tank.. :(

    Well... Another way to get more miles per tanks is to have more gas in your tank. ie. Top it off.

    OP,

    Do you stop at the first click or are you topping it off? I would be curious to see what your next tank yields.
