You got to unscrew them before you go through. Prius Chat sells the shark fin antenna. Cost is reasonable, easy to install, reception adequate, no more antenna issues once installed. Matches OEM paint.
Uh...go back or call The Car Wash and see if they still have it? Buy one off E-Bay. Or Take the opportunity to upgrade to a Shark Fin.
Have you called them and asked for it? Long ago (different car) I noticed a front license missing the day after a wash. Called them, it was in their collection.
They don't!!! The local car wash, which is a pretty good hand wash, with air dryer, pulled my antenna first time I took the car there for a quick wash, I bitched at 'em, and made them pull the compressed air out and blow the water out of the screw socket! I let them know that if you don't keep it dry, you are going to get corrosion and that will kill received signal strength! They did, and NEVER pulled my antenna EVER again!
Maybe sub'ing a short bolt with the same thread pitch and a rubber washer would be good: keep the socket water-tight and protect the antenna.
