    I'm sure the car has some protective mechanism. Wheels are not going to lock up or the tranny is not going to grind its gears. I once threw a Camry into R while driving and the engine just shut off and I coast to a stop.

    I noticed one guy had it from his cup holder for his iPad. See the Picture. If you make that adjustment you may be able to sell it as a special order to the Prius ecommerce web sites. image.jpg

    Sorry. Too time consuming. More importantly, most people have cases on their phones, so I can't make it fit exactly.
