    If I had my druthers I would live in Rural western WA or OR. I have not in 27 years. It is much more important to live with my wife.

    Jacksonville,Fl. Avg temp 68. A taste of all 4 seasons. The ocean, Daytona, Georga, outer banks, Orlando, even Tampa is only 4 short hours and its perfect Prius territory.

    One year my mom asked me why I decided to live in Los Angeles. Simple I told her, I was driving on Interstate 10, with the full intent of ending up in Honolulu Hawaii! She looked at me funny... I continued, the only thing that stopped me was the freeway stopped at the Santa Monica pier......H'mmmmm I figured I would stick around until the road to Honolulu was finished! Any year now! :)

    Pacific Northwest, I think.

    1) I'm from the UK and I miss a mild climate. Once in my life before I moved here there was an overnight low lower than one of the daytime highs this past week.
    2) I don't mind rain either.
    3) It might be nice again to live somewhere where if I said to a random stranger "I can't believe they hired Alex McLeish" I might get a nod of understanding and a look of sympathy.

    Post divorce I came home to New England. My kids are in Colorado and California but I needed the Atlantic Ocean and I am here to stay. :)

    My bro just moved to Atlanta from Tampa. I think he's in the Little Five Points neighborhood.

    My wife and I just moved from South Florida to Orange County, CA.

    Right now, I miss the warmer SoFL winters. But not the constant rain in summer.

    I vacationed in Key West for a week, man the lost week. Bar hopped and great places to eat. Great time. Ft Lauderdale and Miami Beach was fun also.
