    There are many opinions on what "the vapors" means, but basically it was a polite way in the south to say that women had gas ... vapors! It has also been associated with passing out due to heat exhaustion from the heavy clothing they wore.

    The more misunderstood definition is swooning.

    Hey, hey wait a minute! I heard that! I have Internet here! No vapors here!

    It was a term regarding female hysteria in the Victorian era. Ladies would become emotional and faint... Kind of like Alfred in the "Birdcage" movie when he was emotionally overcome.

    Just the thought of someone doing the horizontal bop in a Prius and witnessing the car shaking makes me glad it is cold out here! The hippies will need to find a warm room!

    Lots of Prii here... Another Black Cherry Pearl... and every other shade... makes me think they might actually be good in the snow... Will have a chance to see tomorrow with snow forecast....

    FYI...it's cold here too. It was 13 degrees for our adventure the other night.

    Also, my Prius does great in the snow.

    I have a long running problem if assuming everyone on a forum I frequent is a male. I use Tapatalk, so the images are really small and not obvious.

    Nice! I played Piano and Saxophone professionally whole going through school, and for a few years after word.

    What gave it away the fact that you're a woman was your avatar.

    RE: shrinkage...that's only a problem in...well...less exciting situations =)

    Shrinkage? No, priuses are bigger than they look, especially on the inside.
