Cost a little over $400 shipped. Took around 3 1/2 months to get here, though.

Here is a link to the exhaust sound clip video:

The spoiler is the $400 price quoted in my last post. I picked up the exhaust for $250 off a past member on PC.
The spoiler install was pretty easy. The rear interior plastic unsnaps and there is (4) 10mm bolts that hold the spoiler on. Swapped over the 3rd brake light. Took around 45 minutes from start to finish.
I think the Prius should have came this way from the factory. Cleaner look. I know some like the black spoiler to "hide" between the two rear windows though.

turned off the annoying reverse beep and seatbelt beep with a cheap amazon bluetooth ECU adaptor and torque pro android app :) (don't worry I still put on my seatbelt, it's annoying when I turn on the car and its beeping at me when I haven't moved yet)

My biggest mistake was to look at your car in person. So let's see...Sport pedals, Valenti Tail Lights (absolutely love those), folding led side mirrors, etc etc. You're killing me!

I'm also thinking of putting yellow vinyl on the Nokya LED fog lights.

    Should I or shouldn't I........

I traded my CT200h 17" wheels for a set of PIP 15" wheels. My girlfriend will be happy with the comfort and Wilson's PIP looks great with the CT wheels. :)
