Where will you be December 21st 2012?

Hmmmm... Lets see.. that will be my birthday..... I will be celebrating my 49th year on this earth, and hopefully, I will be enjoying a vacation somewhere with Wayne where it is warm and quiet, as the kids should be out of the house and in college!!

I will have just turned 70. The kids will probably be picking out my nursing home & checking my will. (Who gets the Prius?)

We had a huge party out in the woods on May 10th 1982, which was a big planetary alignment with the moon, and (according to rumor) the actual start of the Age of Aquarius. When I looked up to see this alignment with the planets and the moon, my vision was blurred from drinking too much tequila and I couldn't see anything.

I think I'll lay of the tequila at the 2012.12.21 party (I'll be 59, my liver probably won't be up for it)

 

Based on only two winters here, December seems to be the cold month in Spokane. (I'm more used to North Dakota, where January and February are the coldest months.) So I'll hope to be some place warm on that day. Too early to make definite plans. Mexico? Tahiti? Fiji? Kenya? (Always open to suggestions. Active outdoor activities are a must.)

That won't work for me, my daughter works in a Nursing Home, so works Christmas eve and Christmas. She will be in MS from the 18 to 23, so I will already have given Christmas presents.

I had a reminder set on my Outlook calendar that popped up. I was amazed that more than 5 years had passed. I don't even have my Prius anymore :-(
