Lights go on, and Multi Informational Display goes off....

    When I have my daytime running lights on, all is fine. When I switch to anything else on the stalk, including my night time head lights, it goes off, along with some temperature control background illumination. Only the shift icon stays on the MID. When I switch back to daytime running lights, everything goes back on. Whats up? Any ideas?

    Rotating the dimmer wheel all the way down, will turn the display off. Insturment display.
