^ I can't believe what a difference it makes when I follow a semi truck. I followed one for about 30 miles today until he had to stop to weigh in. As he was pulling off the freeway, he honked and waved at me. Must be used to it haha

The only issue with following big trucks is your car will keep getting lighter as the paint chips away :(

This is a very good point...

I am thinking about going to get the windows tinted this weekend and possibly getting the yellow PIAA H11 fog lights. My previous car (GS430) had the HID headlights with the yellow fog lights and it looked great and really lit up the road, I think I want to try to achieve the same thing here.

Just got back to my hometown, since Tuesday I've driven 920 miles. My first tank was 48.7, second tank 51.02 and on my third tank, computer is showing 56 which is probably 53 in real numbers.

I dropped by my buddy that owns a tint shop on the way home and she's getting tinted right now :)

And now I promised my wife I'd take the XB in and remove the 5% off the front windows and put 35% on them.
Our Box - I put 8K miles on it from end of July to beginning of September - 29MPG on average:

    Thanks guys.

How much is that accessory? The chrome at the bottom of the doors..

My wife still doesn't know the Prius is tinted :) I want to see how long it takes her to notice.

Never mind. Found it for $155.

I'm not sure about how I feel just taping something on. It will trap salt in there which will later rust. Something to think about.

Now I need to find a second set of 15" wheels to put snow tires on...

Justin has a set of 2012 factory wheels for sale. I put my car away all winter and don't drive in the rain so no issue with moisture and the lower door moldings :)

I am selling them this morning. :) Thanks for the thought though, buddy!

Now if he was willing to do some kind of a trade for his 17s for my Lexus 17s and a spare set of 15s..... LOL

Argh. I'd really like to get a factory wheel and do not want to go to steelies.

No. Just slingin' wheels and then going hiking to try and get this 1/2 a lung working again. I got the oil changed last week!

I also find the seats comfortable for the long drives.

The 2012 8 way power seat is very comfortable. So happy I did that option :)

It's been a week, 1000 miles so far. Going in for an oil change/tire rotation tomorrow and am searching like a mad man for a winter set of wheels. I will definitely be getting a second set with snow tires, don't care much about the TPMS though.

Loving the car so far! I've only gotten gas twice since I've owned it, that is a new one for me!
