Anyone know if there is an easy way to raise the front suspension on a gen. II, and if it will screw up anything?
i don't think there's an "easy way" that would be safe... airbags would be cool, or maybe some adjustable coil-overs.
*EDIT* I didn't see the part about EASY... lol..* Might look into doing something similar that 'Prius70' did ... only instead of lowering it... going lower. . .inserts. . . | PriusChat - Have the mounts re-welded a bit higher.. Also, what about Coil-Over sleeves? Might be able to actually raise the front over the stock height... BTW...why do u want to go higher?
Tried going in on an angle? That usually helps me and i'm stock height currently but even when i've driven lowered cars...taking a curb/driveway/speedbump at an angle always helped me. Its kind of a pain, but worth the hassle when lowered.
The air dam is a cheesy strip of plastic. It will survive hundreds of scrapes. Why undergo hundreds of dollars to modify the suspension, change the ride and/or handling of the car just for the sake of a cheesy strip of plastic?
