I know many people are jealous here that I'm getting the best mileage going high speeds. You expect Tom to give up all his secrets so they can be stolen? "Pictures or it didn't happen" come to mind if I told you this without proof. I have a trip laid out and video of it and people still dismiss the whole thing. Round-trip so any downhill myth, mumble jumble is obliterated.

For people who are interested and not shooed away from these people who won't believe their eyes can contact Tom if they live in the Socal area. http://www.aarmourtherm.net/

It is not dismissed it is PROVEN that this is a hoax !! But good for "Tom" that people like you likes secretes and unproved miracles. So he can make money (actually this is cheating not legit ....)

I am not jealous. I just not a believer of myths. I believe in controlled repeatable scientific work. Even common sense should have told you this is just too good to be truth ... and in most cases because it is not.

And yes you can not just "believe" your eyes !!! That is what magicians for (well if that is good enough for you so be it).

The video you posted actually proved to most of us that the person on the video is on purpose pushing some pseudo science hoax. Especially when he insist that gain can not be measured by any controlled experiment by EPA methods ... hah ??? That alone should be a big big red flag. Check the link which actually tested similar device exhaustively and found it useless.

You'll never convince the op it seems. Apparently it's all a huge conspiracy that only he and a handful are aware of and we're all being suckered by the oil companies, physics, good scientific reasoning etc etc.

To the op. Good luck, you're one of the clever few enjoying this marvelous contraption and having the last laugh over all us non believers

Mate, it's a con and unfortunately you've been suckered. Don't feel a fool as the advertising is clever seems viable but unfortunately it's just a good yarn. Use this as a lesson learnt and tell your friends to avoid the same mistakes.

Every term you use, you use differently than the rest of the world uses the same term. Thus I can't comment on any of your 'facts' as you use incorrect terms. If you call 'water' 'fire' I can't discuss using 'fire' to put out fires without confusing everyone else.

    This is not envy.
    This is not jealousy.
    This is just sanity.

Am I the only one here that thinks the OP is pushing this too hard for him to be a mere user of this magical system? I smell SPAM.

xs650, I always assume they are shills, but in print I never try to show malice when I can show ignorance.

The most obvious reason the OP needs his own terminology is that if he uses conventional terminology, it is easy to show he is lying, but if, like Humpty Dumpty, he is allowed to make words mean whatever he means them to, it is significantly more difficult to pin him down.

Humpty Dumpty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Do I get in a pissing match like that or just insist that he needs to use the same English as the rest of the English speaking world before I will even consider his scam?

I do not correct a great deal of English here, although PriusChat is a singularly bad place to use engine and motor interchangeably, or confuse brake with break. In those cases, although they are not scams, it is almost impossible to discuss rationally without 'fixing' their English.

Rob, you've obviously missed the point! Your entire analysis is based on normal hydrogen, not the Stage I De-Protonated Hydrogen produced in this magnificent triumph of paranormal science! Please redo your math with the proper numbers. Look, Prii already run on De-protonated hydrogen, don't they?

Well, to be precise we use "de-protonated hydrogen" (aka electrons if we agree that what that means) to store energy created some other ways for re-use.

If you mean "run on" also mean use as fuel that is not quite correct. But do not want to confuse anyone ...

Could well be. Or maybe he needs to work up a feeling of justification after blowing $450 on it.

I'd like to see his car pass a smog check with the thing in place.

Come on, those electrons know that they were not previously part of a hydrogen atom, you can't fool them.

dtraveler - Ignore all the non-believers. You might be on the verge of a major scientific discovery. Is this magical device available to the general public? Be careful on this forum. I sense many of the non-believers in this thread work for the oil companies and their primary goal is to spread propaganda.

That is why we are Prius owners and not Leaf owners, we are beholden to the oil companies.

That is an interesting way to pull hydrogen out of water. I wish the article listed actual numbers. It is quite hard to define "inexpensive".

I have found this thread surprisingly entertaining. As a non-science understanding guy I dont follow everyone counter arguments, but I do agree this device seems unlikely simply because more car companies would be using them stock if they are so cheap. Looking forward to when the OP gets a second and likely dosnt get the 70mpg at 70 mph he's hopeing for, then again maybe the magic is true...

So when asked how it works you post a video of the inventor 'explaining' how it works. When it is pointed out that it was nonsense (not even just bad science but improper word use), you claim that he can't give up his secrets. So why exactly did you post a video of the inventor LYING? Why would you expect a video of the inventor telling lies, to protect his secrets, would convince anyone?
