Hello all! I finally purchased my first every hybrid, a Prius c! I love it! There is so much to learn about the electronics and such. My boyfriend owns a Prius 2nd Generation, so he's been helpful in showing me the important stuff. How does everyone else like their Prius?

Two weeks in and we have put over 800 miles on our C, just to much fun to drive and loving the new technology.
Congrats! Mine just turned two weeks old yesterday. I'm LOVING it. I drove 100 miles yesterday and rolled into the garage with 63.3 mpg for the day. Figuring out the difference between coasting and gliding. There is a lot to learn to maximize the car's fuel efficiency, but bottom line is that it's just a fun car.

We have owned our C for a month and continue to enjoy just jumping in it and taking it for a spin around town. Non Prius owners don't get it and I rarely get looks, like when in one of my hotrods. Just went through my 5000 mile service. MPG improving the last few hundred miles - maybe the car is breaking in. As for how I like the car - still makes me smile every time I drive it.
I'm the same just walking up to mine. It hasn't been raining here but I've been washing it obsessively every weekend... my previous car was lucky to get a wash a few times a year. I still haven't seen another c in the wild, so part of my mind is telling itself that I need to keep mine spick and span as an ambassador for its kind.

I know I called them last week and asked how long it was going to take and they said that they didn't have an estimate on time because the door is backordered! *Sigh* At least I now have the Rav4 to drive instead of the Venza. The RAV is brand new and I am really enjoying driving it. But this having to stop at the gas station all the time sucks!
