COST of installing HID

$150 for plug n play. Installing is simple, especially with all the help you can get here.

 

If you have to pay for install the cost will be determined by your area.

 

Here's an excellent video on the installation. Just a little somethin for you to decided whether or not you feel capable doing it yourself and saving some money.

 

I don't think a dealer can since it is illegal to install them on a car that doesn't come with them from the factory. Where are you from? I'm sure someone can point you to a good shop that can do the install.

 

That's what I thought, but I couldn't remember if they were legal or not.

 

There are thousands of shops in your area that could install them. I don't live down there so I am not familiar with any but I'm sure one of our SoCal members will chime with a recommendation. Post up pictures when it done and whatever you do PLEASE do not buy a Kelvin rating higher thank 6000K. LOL

 

4300K for max brightness or 5000K for a cooler white look. Blue lights are dumb and not bright.

 

I got my HID lights at Fuzion Teknique in Gardena...you can call them at 310-408-0724 and ask for Alex. I also got the full interior LED lights as well. The HID lights were $100 installed.

 

Give Alex a call and let him know which lights you want done. The cost will vary on how many lights you do.
