Okay so I need DunioMite mega, obd y spliter(will also use scangauge), and canbus adapter, ......this will also require a interfaces .....so small monitor and keyboard too required .....??
I'm not sure what "Canbus adapter" is in your list. Yes, small monitor and keyboard will be required. I suggest a 7" VGA monitor designed to run off of 12V. ~ $150 on ebay. And I just ordered a compact PS/2 keyboard from Amazon ($35).
will touch screen work Lilliput EBY701-NP/C/T 7" Touch Screen Monitor - Black 6927391700057 | eBay and can bus is all new to me but maybe this USB-CAN USB to CAN Bus Converter Adapter + USB Cable | eBay

Just saying WiFi is also useless. And if cam bus not working then thats also useless for the eMega ;-) So i get a normale mega This board could also work as a ice temp spoofing auto on and off switch -Htc Tapatalk ( sorry for auto spell correct )
Okay I took the plunge and order mega with box about 53plus shipping, what about the can adapter and touch screen
Any software updates or project updates? I was surfing before work and found a site where someone was selling a CAN board for this conversion (actually for parallel stock hybrid battery packs). I was busy and didn't bookmark it, so of course it's lost now. But if anyone knows what i'm talking about, I'd like to mark it. -Bruce
I found it... Unlike what we are considering, this uses additional OEM Panasonic packs. But it's interesting none the less. blank Enjoy!
Mmm. Thats what a few of us already using and postings about for years now incl lopez... You missed that thread? -Htc Tapatalk ( sorry for auto spell correct )
Top balancing is done during charging at the end of the charging process. Excess power is burned on cells that are higher volts than others until they are all about equal at the top. This is used by miniBMS and Pacific EV. Bottom balancing is done when cells are around 30% SoC and have rested for a while before starting. The balancer takes power from the whole battery pack and feeds it to the lowest cell/s volts until they are all about equal. This is used by Enginer. Last time I checked you have to open the BMS16D to switch on the balancing - PIA. There is a group of people who do not use a balancer and will balance the pack by connecting all the cells in parallel and let them equalize to the same voltage over 24 hours. They do this every so often.
thanks The EV community has variable proponets on these methods. EVTV is educational and hands on....
My new avatar reveals what is low end workman ship by enginer phev kits............the BMS has six count them six connection points and you only use five the far left square opening is of no value to the BMS
well I have open up or taken apart both BMS and converter to have a curious look and found nothing that could be adjusted.
FYI Enginer To restate, no sells on EBAY....currently the website(hosted/maint colorado) no longer allows direct purchase via google checkout only email, phone contact.....
