Pulled up behind another Prius c today...

At least it's a stereo type in the right direction. There are so many big trucks in Salt Lake, and it's not like the people ever use them to work! They're perfectly detailed with huge street wheels on them, it makes me laugh and cringe at the waste.

 

I pulled up to one of those older model prius near where I live. They really do exist! LMAO Couldn't resist tagging on this photo. Don't worry if I take a pic of your car, I'll erase the plate number too

 

Spotted probably 10 Prius Cs today. I pulled up in front of this white PC and took a picture with mine in front!

Is your PC2 the same Super White of the PC4 behind? BTW, what rims are they on yours?

 

LA seems to be the city made for the Prius C. Hence the large numbers I'm seeing!

They're both the same white. I'm using Scion XB rims on my Prius.

LA is a place where people who would not drive if they had a choice... have to drive. Throw in the big downhills for regenerative braking, stop and go traffic, freeways where you never really get up to speed during rush hour, and the C becomes quite favourable.

my wife and i now play "punch-prius (color)", like we used to play "punch-buggy (color) when we'd see a vw bug on the road. they are just as hard to find, if not harder.

 

I saw two Prius c's when I was in Chicago last weekend.

The first was silver headed eastbound on I-94. I pride myself on being able to identify cars right quick, but since I had never seen one on the road before, I was thinking "what the hell is that.....oh wait, that's a Prius c....just like what I'm driving! " I felt like a toddler that saw its reflection in the mirror and for the first time and realized it was me.

The other Prius c I spotted was a red one somewhere near Naperville. Not sure exactly, I wasn't driving and didn't know exactly where I was being taken [the dungeon later on was fun though, LOL j/k]

 

The only C we have ever seen on the road was Friday morning while on our way to pick up our new one. It was white, headed east on hiway 60, in SE Mo.

I see at least a minimum of 5 Prius Cs a day. The Prius C seems to be a huge hit in Los Angeles!

 

I've been seeing a LOT of prius c's around town lately myself. The car's only been on the streets in the US for three months, but I saw an article a while back that it's the fastest selling car on the road. Apparently, consumer reports thinks all the C buyers are making a foolish choice though. You can search for that controversy in the forums and on the web. I digress...

Anyway, I'm a bit bummed out that I'm not quite so unique anymore, but I'm happy that people are deciding on one of the most fuel-efficient cars on the road.

 

I see one every freakin day!!!!!!!! My Mothers. When I went to the dealer for the first time to check it out she came with me to help wrangle my son (1.5 year old) while I looked at the car. She liked it too, to much it seems because within 48 hours she had one. Be for I got mine i might add to.

 

When I got my PC2 the dealer told me it was possibly the first one sold in Vegas, and that was a neat thrill. So far, I have not seen another in town, lots of standard Prius', but no other Cs. I *might* have seen one going the opposite direction last weekend, but we passed each other so quickly it was hard to be certain. It could have been a Yaris.

 

Most likely a Yaris. I see them all the time and get excited for a moment all the time.

 

Can't wait to see another. I was told that each dealership in town got two of the C2s, one in an "unpopular" color and one in a "popular" color. I was going to have to wait a month to get one in a good color, and was so wanting the car that I almost went for the orange, but a strange twist of fate worked in my favor. Someone had put a down payment on the Blue Streak, then never picked up the car. So I'm driving Blue Streak and keeping my eyes peeled for that orange one!

 

Well the orange kinda jumps out at ya some im sure you wont miss it

 

They are all over, I see at lest 2 a week. And someone just bought one in my neighborhood.

 

I've seen one since I bought mine. I did see a Yaris/C not sure what it was !! I don't care what consumer reports says when I make a 48 mile round trip and average 72mpg (indicated) !!

 

My girlfriend, family and friends all like the C way better than their cars, and my old cars. So do I, and if you work at it, I've been getting 60's and some 70 trips. CR is a trash publication like many others...

 

I'm on my second tank of gas (first was dealer-filled) and so far I have driven 70+ miles without losing a single tick on the gas gauge. I am so in love with this little car!
