    Attached the bleeding board
It got hot cells was at 3.71 Buth at 3.68 volts already cooled down.
Almost seems that Its from 3.7 down to 3.68....
Only a small amount down of bleeding voltages start

At 3.71 Its really hot and that with the max 300mamps of bleeding
I think the curve where Its maxing out the 300 m amps is now lowered
Before it was at 3.8 now it seems to be already at 3.71

You can only compare 100mA before with 100mA after the change or 300mA before with 300mA after. If you have higher bleeding current at the same voltage it means bleeding have started earlier (at lower voltage) - which is what I expected. I can't give you exact calculation and further advise as all resistors as well as U1A regulator are produced with certain accuracy. Change and try is the only way or arrange for a testbench.

thats not what i tried to explain
before the bleeding started at around 3,7 and went up
this now seems to be steeper it seems to reach the 300maps sooner but does not start sooner with bleeding.
    its climbs faster
but not sure about this.,, testing is a bit difficult

    Hi Dutch,
Testing is easy... I would attached schematics but due to any reason PriusChat doesen't accept my URL.
Configuration is +12V (battery or PS) - 1kOHM resistor - red bleeding board wire - black bleeding board wire - -12V (battery or PS). Then just measure voltage (DVM) across your bleeding board. Now you can compare pre- and post- mod boards.
