    WOW, are all these at the dealership? That's a lot of cars !!!

    What are they paying the bank to have that many cars sit there?

    They were heavily advertising lease deals on these models in CA - with little disclaimers at the bottom of the page that the cars did not qualify for the new HOV stickers.

    I don't remember the advertising being that heavy, vs. what I'm seeing now for the HOV eligible version.

    I doubt there are many ineligible for CA HOV sticker versions sitting on CA Chevy dealers' lots now.

    Heck, today I received an email from Chevy only advertising the Volt and it also shows the green CA HOV stickers.
