Well, there are here some "no brand" gas stations that offer cheaper prices, but prices are not that good. Imagine that 2 months ago, gas prices were up to 1,850€/l.
Ouch! I hope that prices will stabilize. Thanks for the response. I still can't imagine how you did 2.9 l/100km for the whole tank

Who are you talking to? I see you hit 63 a couple times. My personal best is 54.4. Did you have a Prius before you got your 2012? If so, what was your mileage in the winter out there in Nebraska?

Nope...just got my first one in April. It will be interesting to see what winter will be like. I am looking forward to the traction control and anti lock brakes though.
Sorry, I've never looked at the predicted range. But here are the actual ranges for the last five tanks: 563, 569, 603, 623, and 621. The average range since I got the car is 544 miles/tank.
You can figure it out after the fact if you track your tank. Just add the mileage you put on your tank to the existing cruising range.
This last tank went pretty well despite a long trip which dropped me from 66.6mpg at around 300miles to 64mpg. I had claw my way back up. RE the short tank; I thought I was going on a long trip today and I'd be testing AC wattage use but the trip was terminated too. lol 07/08/2012 Miles: 463.8 Gallons Pumped: 7.477 MFD = 65.1mpg Calculated = 62.3mpg MFD vs. Calculated = -2.79 % Error = 4.49% Avg Spd = 38mph Tires: Energy Saver A/S at 44/42 cold pressure Temps: mostly high 90s in the evening and 55-60F in the morning commute.
Not bad for my third tank. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get through it. Zero highway, but i did have a 80 mile round trip through some 50 mph hills, with traffic lights halfway up some of the hills. 653.3 miles 9.57 gallons$3.499/gallon$33.50 total68.3 calculated mpg72.7 computer mpg on tank.$0.0513/mile25 mph avg. speed
As Cypress Hill used to sing "Insane in the membrane!" Very nice numbers! I'm jealous of the avg speed. I can only dream of no highway driving.

Tires at 46/44. The last pip started blinking at 513 miles which, based on the calculated economy, means I had about 120 miles remaining before empty. I will confirm this on a couple more tanks and then will feel better about ignoring the evangelicals preaching getting gas right after the pip starts to blink. I routinely went 100 miles past the last pip blinking on my 2004 and expect to be able to do the same in the 2012. Read more: http://priuschat.com/threads/most-recent-tank.94676/page-8#ixzz20SprYd00
