Today my Prius surprised me. I drove it out of the garage and it had 2 bars charge. After a few secs, as usual, it fired the ICE. Ambient temp was 21C/70F.
The ICE stopped after only 1min as per 1-min fuel consumption screen. Maybe it was a bit longer (more than 1 but surely less than 2) - it never warmed up that fast after a full night cooling off!

I don't know if I would call that truly warmed up. The ICE coolant temp was likely only 103F. :)

I understand what you say, but usually it takes at least 2 full mins. It never stops on the way from the garage to the road (about 30-40m...). Never. I was really surprised it stopped...!

Yeah, I think mine used to average 2min max if it was just sitting in the garage but temps were lower back when I tested this. Maybe you had a cat or something sleeping under your car all night keeping the engine or exhaust warm. Meow! LOL

As observed with a scanguage 2, mine always stops at 101-103F, unless I am pushing on the accelerator.
