I have seen a Black one, a Orange one, and a White one. I really don't pay much attention to them because in SoCal they are everywhere. There must be 30 Prius gen 1 & 2 just in my neighborhood. Crazy Tree Hugging Vegan folks, Go Drink your Wheatgrass smoothy somewhere else! Ha HA I Love SoCal.
Silver C on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway northbound around the 495 intersection at about 8:30 this morning.
That blue streak you saw in DC may have been me. I commute to DC from MD everyday. I saw a habanero C2 parked in a driveway in Landsdowne, MD and about 2 days after I bought my C4 (3/12) I saw a summer rain C2 on Rt. 3 in Crofton, MD. Haven't seen one on the road since then. SGH-T989 ?
I've seen them around Toyota's buildings there too. I got my first in-the-wild sighting this morning, on the 405 in Carson. It was a white one, coincidentally right outside Carson Toyota, but it had Ventura Toyota dealer plates. I see mostly gen2 taxis, especially around the crowded-with-no-parking streets of places like Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. The other day I did see a gen3 taxi - I forget where - that still had dealer plates.
Saw my 2nd Prius C yesterday! It was a Habanero headed north on 95 near wakefield, MA. Beautiful color, definitely looks better in person. And like the Summer Rain color, you can see it a mile away!
Within the last month, I've seen more and more Prius c's. 2 white, 1 moonglow, 1 habanero, 1 summer rain, 1 silver, all throughout the Los Angeles area. Looks like the orders have come in all at once! I like to pull up to the other c if I can and wave and smile at the other driver.
My first "in the wild" C spotting!! Imagine my surprise when I saw it considering I haven't seen another one in all my travels in the last couple of months.. this one was just a street over from my office!!
I still haven seen any c colors in person other than my own moonglow, a recurring habanero by my house and a silver one at the dealer. I'm starting to doubt that summer rain color actually exists!
Saw a red one yesterday in south San Jose and it wasn't SqualLHeart's. It was driven by a much older man. So far, sightings seem pretty rare for me. Other than two sightings that don't count, I've only seen two on the road or parked. Odd...
I'll be so excited when I finally see another Summer Rain in the wild! I saw the other day that our local dealership finally had one for sale, so maybe it won't be too long (unless it gets shipped somewhere else).
I was shocked to see the Summer Rain especially since it practically took an act of Congress to get mine here! I had to stop in the middle of the street and back up to make sure I wasn't seeing things! It still had the temp tag on it.

I pulled into the OP Blue Moose tonight and got the parking spot next to a shiny, new Magnetic Gray Prius C with paper tags. It was still there when I left the restaurant That makes my fourth spotted to date, but I have yet to meet any of their owners. I've gotta get a cell phone with a camera... Tom
I live in West Los Angeles and I have seen quite a few silver ones around here. I've also seen a couple other red ones like mine, a grey parked in a department store's indoor parking garage and a black once. Oh and just the other day I saw a Habanero one and I was actually pretty shocked how nice that color looked on the road. However, the C is still pretty scarce around here, surprisingly.
I haven't seen any C's in the Marlborough, MA area, but I have seen one blue and one red Nissan Leaf this week.
We have tons of Leafs around here, most of which have been popping up recently. There's a blue one at my work, and parking next to it is the only time my paint looks dull.
I went for a bike ride with a friend last night.riding down one street i stopped.. looked up a driveway. My car! i said, white prius c in the driveway, first one ive seen in white she wasnt as impressed as me.. lol
