    I'm a fan of "Pirates of the Carribean" and Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, and since my C is in "Black Sand Pearl" The Black Pearl seemed to fit for me.

    Mine is named Purvam, Sanskrit for Prius (Prius & Purvam being, respectively, Latin & Sanskrit for "before"). Properly it's a long "u" but I can't get too carried away.

    My 2001 Prius, totalled in a hit-and-run on my birthday last year, was named Dvaita, Sanskrit for dualism (as in the duality of having an engine & a motor).

    Blue Cicada - Aoi Se-mi

    Thought of calling it "Natsu Ame" - "Summer Rain" but remembering my childhood in Japan: Summer was the time for cicadas - "se-mi" in Japanese - to come out.:rolleyes: Nothing like the sound of cicadas on a hot, humid Tokyo summer day - "mushi atsui."

    We bought ours for our son and he named his "Jenee" because shes the purtiest car he ever did see!
    He is a Forest Gump fan LOL!

    Well, since mine is a trim level 3 and being a Star Wars fan, I call it C3PO, or 3PO for short.
