I just found fuelly last week. I've spent lots of time researching various vehicles.

See tonight that the Prius class (sans C and V classes) is just 9 cars away from taking the #5 spot from the Accord in the top 10 car list on Fuelly! :)

Thanks to priuschat members that made it possible to get this close! :cheer2:

I'm planning to buy a new 2012 Prius with tech package...if my local dealer ever returns my calls.

When the board was down for switching servers, the Prius was 1 car short of tying the Accord. We are now 4 cars short! Keep registering people!

No more notebook, pen and calculator at each fill up. I just text my 3 data points in and the website handles the rest.

Good news for the short term, we have broken in to the top five on Fuelly for now - just two cars keep us from slipping back in to 6th place.

I haven't figure that out yet. Nor can you "sort" by MPG.

But you can pull up a bar chart for a specific car. The chart for the Gen II Prius is a nice bell curve.

Noticed that as well. The same can be said about the Gen III for 2010 and 2011. The 2012 is more a mixed bag since many of us made the jump on fears of $5 a gallon for gas; but like the benefit of better mpg's. A year out it will be interesting to see how the bell curve works out. Winter mpg's will be a telling point. :D

Very nice, although not for people like me who go out of their way to let the phone die from lack of use :)

I'm keeping track of my CTh nowadays with a spreadsheet. I want to know the accuracy and precision of the car's meter compared to the pump, and I'll probably keep going to end up with a full year of data to see the effect of weather in my neighborhood. If Fuelly can take an upload without my pulling my hair out I'll contribute a data file.

No need to use the Fuelly phone apps. I will probably never use it except for quick and dirty postings, I use the full website for my postings each time so far. It allows me to post better notes on my driving for each tankful.

You only have to look at my Fuelly page to see the accuracy data I am building and sharing: The Grey Ghost (Toyota Prius) | Fuelly

The downside to your method is that others considering the CTh have no idea how it may work for them in the long term. Using the notes feature will help others and yourself.

Hope this helps in your adding your travels to Fuelly: FAQ: How do I import fuel-up data? | Fuelly

Others on pruischat have taken the time to enter the data manually. Thanks to them :) Not to mention bragging rights with each post. :D Seeing the average mpg's gives some of us solace in our choice of a car....
