Well, now I can confirm a Habanero PriusC Two in Sister Bay, WI. Saw it at a yard sale, then at the park in Sister Bay, WI as I drove by. Then they found me at Julie's Upscale Resale shop. Here's a photo of the twin C's: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4fvukbe47m3bs4g/photo.JPG
Finally saw another C here on base, It was silver-not sure what package. I expect to see more since we are a good distance out of town and gas prices are killing folks' budget. We have only seen one other C in town so far.
I see C's every day, Plentiful I would say, work right by the Toyota headquarters in Torrance. They have a test track and looking out thru my windows I can see the C's being tested every now and then. Now, on the road I don’t see the C often. On another note have you guys seen how many 2gen and 3gen taxis there are out there?!? At least here in LA there are plentiful. The other day I saw 6 of them in line by the Toyota headquarters. I wonder once these taxis find out they can save more gas in the city with the C if they are going to start switching over
I saw my very first Prius C in Seattle (Fremont neighborhood) this past Saturday afternoon. It was in Habanero, I was SO excited to see one! I cannot wait for mine to come in!
Saw a Grey C (I think it was grey) in the Walmart parking lot in Hudson NY yesterday. They drove by me and waved.
I saw a Habañero Prius C about three days after I picked up my Absolutlely Red C2. Other than that, no sightings! Every time I see a Yaris, I think it's a C but further examination just disappoints. Where are my Prius C people in New Mexico???
NM? Roswell - maybe the Cs are disappearing into the space-time continium...:alien: or the Yaris you see are Cs but the Men In Black are at work.
I have been very surprised that I haven't spotted another C "out in the wild." Since deciding to buy one, I have been to Louisville twice, Indianapolis once, Nashville, Evansville and all the way down to Gulf Shores without seeing one other than on a dealership!!
Another BSP Prius C in Burlington VT (my girlfriend saw it the day after i got mine ), and a Metallic Grey in Colchester, VT
I saw a silver one this morning on my way to work, and a summer rain one driving yesterday around 4pm or so here in Seattle! There is also an orange one in Ballard close to my mom's house. I cannot wait for mine to arrive, I get SO excited seeing them drive around!
I haven't seen any in my area and I've been watching the local dealership for one to show up on the lot, but no... Last Sunday I spotted my first in the wild 90 miles from my home, on Governor's Parkway in Edwardsville, IL. We were driving opposite directions. The driver of that pretty white c sure was giving Cecil a looong look. Maybe I was their first too. Deb
I've had my C for 6 weeks and had yet to see another on the road until today. Finally saw a Summer Rain in Orange, CA on Glassel near the Orange Circle. Pretty color but I love my Black Pearl!
I saw my first Prius C (in the US anyways) on the way back from the airport, on Friday, May 25, returning from our trip to Japan. It was white and sitting in a parking lot, off of Station Avenue, in Yarmouth. I saw it again (at least I think it was the same one, since it was in roughly the same area) on Tuesday, the 29, while working my am shift (I drive for a living, so I'm out an about quite a bit). During my pm shift on the same day, I pulled up behind and followed a habanero colored Prius C and followed it for about 2 miles down Buck Island Road in Yarmouth, before we turned in different directions. I later realized that the owner must live in a neighborhood that I drive through on my route, since I now see it almost everyday when I drive by the person's house. Finally, on that same night, I saw and drove by a Black C in the East Harwich Stop & Shop parking lot. They were pulling out at the same time and we both gave each other a big wave as we passed each other.
Recently returned from a trip, Maine to Florida and looked for cs along the way. I was pretty disappointed. The first c (White) I saw, after we left Maine on the last weekend of April, was on a huge billboard as we moved by the Baltimore area on I95! Finally saw one live (Abs. Red) heading north on I95 just before the Jacksonville I295 loop. The c drought continued most of the trip, although I did take my brother in law to see a c at the Tampa Toyota dealership on Fletcher Ave. They had one c III that was also Abs Red. I saw two more cs on the way back. One was going through DC (Blue Streak) and one in Connecticut, early evening, and I think it was Magnetic Gray. It was getting dark. Few cs in dealerships all over, but still don't see that many on the roads yet.
I think I see a habenero Sunday morning on my way into work it was parked at a sheetz i took a quadrupedal take to make sure it was a C im 80 percent sure it was
