I came across this the other night and have been playing around with it while I wait for my car to arrive: http://lexusenthusiast.com/2012/04/12/lexus-releases-enform-emulator-ipad-app/ While it doesn't exactly match Entune, there are practice challenges using the Entune apps (Bing, OpenTable, MovieTickets, Pandora, set up) that allow you to get the hang of how to do certain tasks using the system. It is not a substitute for a working Enform or even Entune system --- only an emulator. It also has videos to guide you through a process if you don't want to go through the touch display yourself. The Enform Emulator is a free app, so if you have an iPad and want to practice while you wait for your car to arrive, go for it. http://itunes.apple.com/app/lexus-enform-emulator/id513038904?mt=8 iPad
Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems with Entune yet (1st evening into playing around with it). Running through some of the Enform challenges on the Entune screen (live) worked every time. I was even able to get my iPhone to pair and connect via bluetooth for Pandora and OpenTable on the first try.
Yup, it does tend to work the first time. Let me know how it's working for you next week. Hopefully you have better luck than the rest of us.
Dennis - Just to be clear, the Enform Emulator doesn't do anything with the car. It is basically a learning tool (or pseudo game for some of us). It only serves to help you learn the system without having to be in the car --- great for bed, couch potato, etc,)
Ya, i know, I'm speaking of the real Entune in your car. Mine worked great the first day, too. No problems pairing or anything. But search around... lots and lots of issues with it. Restarting the phone seems to help. But IMHO, it's working like a beta software that still has a lot of bugs that needs to be worked out.
 Sorry, Dennis. I've had better luck than you I guess. I've connected / re-connected at least 4 times with the iPhone 4 over the past couple of days. I couldn't find where to locate the Entune revision number. If someone points that out to me I can check and report back.
In the app on your phone click the lower right tire looking thing and it shows the rev. Mine says v 1.5.173.36095 That's a bit of a revision I'll go out and check the car now. Mike
I am in the car right now and can't find a specific Entune version number Lots of other software versions but none that say the Entune version. Mike iPhone
