Ok guys night has come. Yes they are definitely brighter. I can actually see my feet while driving. What a difference white light is, compared to stock amber color.
I ordered the new lights from Parts.com as they are actually stock leds for Lexus hybrids. Kinda spendy at $11 each, but worth it. If anyone needs part number, let me know. Will try to post pics tomorrow.

Go to parts.com. Enter oem catalog for Lexus is250 year 2006, and part number is 81080-22040. Both footwell lights and glove box light use this same part number. Let me know if you need anything else

I don't think footwell lighting is on the base model. Three and up should have it.

Anyone know where I can get one with blue lighting?

Seems like you can't replace the bulb itself, so I'm assuming you gotta replace the whole plastic piece along with it.

Yes, they dim nicely when you take the car out of drive. A very nice addition for $5. I would like to see if I can run some under the front seats. Not sure if there is enough power from the front to do 2 lights each.

Did you ever get the chance to do that? I'm thinking about unplugging each original amber LED completely of each footwell and connect the power to a pair of COB led strip connected in parallel; one stays in front footwell while the her extended beneath each seat. It's 12watts total per footwell. Im hoping to not add an additional fuse(s) anywhere, if anyone has done this w/o additional fuse(s) please let me know, thanks.
