Huh? How are the floors different in any of the GenIII Prii?

What can I say! These mats still look new going on 3 years!
This is my second set had them in my '09 I'm sure the next guy that bought it is happy! Most snow on record EVER in MN 2010 Extreme winter! No problem! These mats are nice enough to leave in all year around they catch a lot of dirt,Little Armorall and they look new! I'll keep my carpeted mats for when I sell or trade the car! They are a little more money but worth every penny.

I've gotta say, weathertec service rather sucks, and the mats, in my opinion, are not designed that well.
I ordered WT mats for my MB. when they arrived they had a problem, they had indentation for a grommet to snap onto the button on the car's floor...but no grommet. So the mats would slide forward under the pedals, dangerous! I called and explained, I photographed, I emailed...it took weeks for them to finally say "yeah, those mats are wrong". They sent me the right mats, and mailed seperately a return label for the others...which never arrived. This begins another round of calls about who's paying return freight for THEIR error.
The mats themselves only came up about 6" of the footwell. so the "toe" area of your foot (pass side) has no mat under it. I believe husky mats provide more coverage.

unfortunately they don't have weather tech or husky liners for the 2012s yet. the little clip moved I guess in 2012.

Maybe Weathertech has begun to pay attention to its customers. I've had a very nice reply to my inquiry after only about 1 day.
So the mats for the 2012 should be ready later this year.

the x-act fit are the ones to get. those are not available yet. they would be the closest to the weather tech digitalfit.

Do you know if these will fit in a 2012 Prius GenIII?

The site states they are for Prius 2010-2011, but no mention for 2012. I just wanted to be sure. Thank you!

I called back in early March about the Weathertech liners for the 2012 prius and was told THEN that it would be six weeks. Now someone is told on 4/23 that it'll be 6 weeks. Basically, it sounds like the stock answer (and I bet you that's what it is) from customer service follows this equation:

    Current date + 6 weeks

Quick question please: Does this Wheathertech also work for the 2012? Given that the 2010-2012 have the same body style, I would assume so, but your site does not show 2012 as a valid option. Can someone help? thanks

    I just sent mine back.
Everything is the same in the 2012 except toyota changed the driver side mat retention clips. So the driver side weathertech mat needs to be redesigned.

Are you saying that he 2011 works in these spots?

    Thanks

Yes. The shapes don't need a change, just the fastening mechanism which is only for the driver.

Did they fix all the flaws from last year’s mats?

Water that leaks over the side?

Mats that wear out after 1 year?

    Sides that fold in?

I do not understand why anyone would buy these mats. The pictures tell a clear story on what you will get.

Maybe because some of us have never had a problem like you did?

I ordered a set for the front and the cargo area yesterday. They worked well on my GenII so I'll give them another shot. If I have an issue with them then I'll join Judgeless' boycott. LOL

I'm very happy with my WeatherTech mats. They look great and seem to fit perfectly. Just bought them for my 2012 Prius 2'
