well.. i didn't really tweak much.. but definitely fiddling. someone had Techstream on their laptop and just wanted to connect to my car to see how it was... ran a few things.. fiddled a bit.. and found out i could run active tests and control not only the headlights.. the trunk switch.. and.. the most hilarious... the car horn... straight from the laptop. i'm just used to running health checks, programming stuff.. and customizing settings with it... it was funny.
It'd be fun to shoehorn some train horns in there somewhere. Sitting at the next Prii meet,,,hey come over here and do that thing on the laptop to beep my horn again Mike
Agreed. Lunch was decent. I knew I was at a Prius Meet when the bill came and everyone was accounted for AND we gathered enough money to cover it without anyone having to pitch in a lot more then their share. That never happened at my Corvette/Camaro club meets.
I had a really great time! I can't wait to do this again, I'll be sure to stay longer. Can we can hold another one in the Fall?
I see F8L got the "behind the scenes making-of" of my Prius c shot. I beat his mileage, though. But I cheated - I only did 10 miles each way, and specifically avoided the highways so I could get about 63. It was nice having a decent-length city trip on a warm day!
512 miles 55.8mpg on MFD. DRCCed behind big rigs the whole way 60-70mph there and back. had to take a 1.5 hour nap on the way back cause I've up since 3AM. just got home 30 min ago.
Thanks again to The Critic for setting up the meet and it was great to put some faces to the tag names. Hopefully, I can stay longer at the next one.
the color code is 4V7.. here in America.. Toyota USA is calling it "Habanero" however.. i still prefer the Japanese color name "Citrus Orange Mica Metallic".. lol.
Habanero makes me think of a red pepper. Orange sounds better Definitely a cool color. The 3rd Gen Liftback would look saweet in that color. I can envision a Four Solar Plus Perf in orange Mike
