Looks Good! I also had my windows tinted, had 3m paint protection put on all front facing surfaces, interior protection package, door edges done in 3m along with the back bumper and Packer Green and Gold stripping hand painted on. Looks great and have had many compliments.

Why did the OP delete all his posts.
I saw this in another one of his threads too. Did he get banned or something???
It's annoying because now there are no pics!

He requested removal of the account because he had "no time to maintain the account," whatever that means

And the price keeps getting lower! Good news for those looking for affordable tint but skeptical about quality.
He didn't have to manually delete all his posts. That sounds like more maintenance than leaving his account open :noidea:
Yea, man. Thanks again. Danny sounded like he was overwhelmed with all the Prii that he has done. He told me, "I REALLY know that Toyota has been selling new Prii like crazy with all the ones I've done."

Not only that but you can't delete posts yourself. You have to go through the moderator and the moderators can be freaking lazy on this site, so he probably had to send them multiple messages asking to delete his stuff. Lol.....

It's just the upper hatch strip. Always thought sub-$30 was pretty good. $65, a bit much, however. And you mentioned Sydney is a member of this forum? Wow. Cool. What's his username?

I got a quote from Danny at Auto Tint Specialist in HB... His price for a regular tint job (using regular film) was pretty good (somewhere around the $120 range)... But for ceramic films, his price was way up there ($350+).

Most places want a whole lot more than that for ceramic film - probably in the $5-600 range.

Many so-called "ceramic" films aren't true ceramic but hybrid films and hence cheaper.

more specifics. called Danny. for regular tint, hes using Johnson Greystone like most mentioned. its a mixed between stuff - not dyed, not metallic, and definitely NOT ceramic.

If you want ceramic, i was quote around $400 for solar gard ultra performance. He will even tint windshield with ultra performance for 150 (which is inline pricing for Air Blue 80 windshield). if its so expensive, then I have to reconsider huper optik (and to lesser degree llumar forumula one) since its going to be equivalent.

I agree. Either do it for $120 backed with lifetime warranty or go top of the line like HO or Formula One Pinnacle.
