Anyone get delivery of his or her PIP from the Indiana Highway shipment? After it landed in Benicia, I emailed my dealer and originally was quoted March 28 - April 1. I called back on April 1 and was told it was pushed back to April 2-5. I just got off the phone with the dealership and so far, no car, but still showing delivery no later than April 5 (tomorrow). Here's to hoping.
Hi. I did get my PiP from the Indiana Highway! I picked it up yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon, and I am completely in love with it so far! AND I really do think my choice of Sea Glass Pearl is awesome. It really is a stunning color! You are so going to love your car when you get it, even if it isn't as pretty as mine
Mine on Ship too - went to Long Beach after Benicia - Have not got a call from dealer yet. Going to call tomorrow - which means I'll get a return call the following day.
Delays, delays, delays... Just got an email from my dealership. "The shipping dates are APR 5-9 now." It wouldn't be so bad if my 1995 Honda Civic were not on its last leg.
I'm thinking your PiP oughtta be there for sure! I mean, it has to have been on the same transport truck from Benicia as mine, and mine was dropped off at Maita Toyota Tuesday afternoon, so yours should definitely be there in Roseville by now!
Congratulations! I did finally get mine too - picked it up last night. Lots of fun driving around mostly in EV mode today. It's like waking up to the future compared to my 1995 civic. Let us know how your first day goes!
Was excited to get . . . tried to get $500 discount (didn't happen) and dealer didn't charge it. My 2007 Prius had a LOT more compartments, nav screen is smaller and different style of GPS. Still trying to figure out how to connect iPhone to speaker - worked, then didn't when I plugged in USB - haven't looked at the manuals yet. We will see how tomorrow (full day) goes after it gets it's first charge . . . how was your first day?
First day was a little overwhelming stepping up from the stone age to this car. So many buttons, screens, menus to view. Now I'm all over it, and love all the data feedback this thing throws at you. Working on maximizing my time in pure EV mode. It's great. Same thing here, slowly getting through some of the manual stuff.
