Hello fellow Prius C owners! I just picked up my C3 yesterday and I'm loving it! I am on the socalevo.net forums and everytime someone spots a fellow evo owner they post it so I thought I would start the thread on the Prius forums. I saw my first Prius C on the freeway on the way home from the dealership so i'll start things off. Black Prius C(Not sure which trim) on 5 freeway heading north near the 134 interchange at about 12:00pm yesterday.
Noticed my first c today, a Summer Rain blue filling up at Costco. He must have been topping off as his first fill, as it was extremely brief. The v's are becoming exceedingly plentiful, soon to displace the Civic Hybrid as the #2 hybrid around here.
Spotted my first C too, Metallic Grey 3 I think, pulling out onto Rt. 610 in town. Still no sighing on the highway yet.
I was driving my Prius C home from work on I-79 in Western PA just out of Pittsburgh, and here comes this older Toyota with these 4 girls in it slowing up looking at my Prius then pulling forward to see the front of the car then they slowed up again to see the back of the car. and then they waved at me smiling and drove off Now I'm 50 years old....they were in their teens maybe early 20's. the car is a babe magnet... not moi
Saw my first one today. (I'd have seen one at a dealer lot, but my wife is busy.) I was crossing our Central Maine city and saw a blue Prius c delivering Dominos pizza. I didn't see the Prius on the back to be absolutely certain, but I recognized the vanity plate which was previously on a green Gen 1 Prius used to deliver Dominos pizza. If you're lurking*, you know I mean you and I hope it's more enjoyable and is giving you a mileage boost as well. * Not right now, obviously, since you're delivering pizza
First was yesterday (4/3), driving back to work from Lunch. Chess Drive in Foster City around 1 pm. I think it was silver or a silvery blue.
I have not seen any besides mine on the road, and I live in Los Angeles! I'm sure by summer they will be at every intersection though. It's nice to be the "only" one around here now
I see a couple per week. I snapped a pic of one today. I hope Roseville Toyota didn't gouge them. I don't like that place.
Haven't seen any c's but I keep mistaking Honda Fit's for potential Prius c's... They look a lot alike huh?
Spotted my second prius C today in my own hometown of Lancaster CA. It was a white one on 20th st west between avenue L and M. I though it was going to be at least a few months before I spotted one out here in the Antelope Valley! Where are you! Are you on these forums? I wonder when someone will spot a prius C actualy owned by someone on these forums. Only time will tell.
