    Yes they are. It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but the 4-way button is illuminated.

    How's the dash lights on the '12? Are they more clear than on the 10 & 11?

    That is typical Toyota !
    They allways seem to do things only halfway .
    Why didn´t they illuminate the "L+R" button also ?
    Ok i guess it´s better than nothing !

    Very pretty color (and car, of course). Did you buy the cargo net, or was it included by the dealer? If you bought it, where?

    Some of the vehicles at the dealership included the cargo net in the MSRP, but mine did not. I bought it at the dealer at a discount of $20 off and installed it myself (which was incredibly easy to do).

    Oh and congrats on your new Prius purchase, sharol46. :D

    This photo illustrates how well the new wheel design fits the Prius body. Everyone knows how much better the factory 17" looks on the Prius, and the new wheel covers do the same except they're 15". So it's all in the design and the black alloys underneath probably add to the effect by providing some contrast. The 2010/11 wheel covers, in comparision, give the Prius body an awkward stance and the "nice alloys" underneath don't do any good in this department either.

    So those are the new wheel covers? Are the wheels themselves unchanged? ie, those wheel covers will fit on a '10-'11 in place of the ugly ones?

    In Germany Toyota said in a press release they have a more touchfriendly dash-interior in the 2012 .
    Is it true or is it the same kind of hardplastic as in the 2011 ?

    Comdisco, I bought my 2012 Prius IV from City Toyota on 2-3-12. I also got the Sea Glass Pearl. My wife would take no other color. To City Toyota's credit, they worked hard to do a dealer trade to get her the color she wanted. Took calls to five dealerships to complete the deal. They would not give up until she got her color. Fair deal on the car and the trade-in as well.

    jdavy, congrats on your purchase! I bought mine there just a few days before you did. :D

    I am loving the Sea Glass color, and I haven't noticed any color mismatching between the bumpers and the body panels.
