I hope real soon someone either in the U.S. or Japan where the Aqua is now for sale can take one for a test drive and report on MPG dispaly, handling, and performance. Should be pretty easy to do. Here in the Northwest at the local Toyota Dealer there is NO Prius C for me to test drive otherwise I would. alfon
usbseawolf2000 started a thread on Prius first drive already! http://priuschat.com/forums/prius-c-main-forum/102725-2012-toyota-prius-c-japan-spec-first-drive.html#post1458372
There are tons already... if you can read Japanese People are usually getting 24 km/l - 29 km/l, which is 52.5 mpg - 63.5 mpg. That's in Japan where there are more traffic and frequent stops compared to U.S. Regular Prius gets 40 mpg in traffic, 58.5 mpg in city, 53.8 mpg in highway, and averages to 51.2 mpg, in Japan. So, it looks like Prius c gets about 10-15% better mpg in Japan's roads.
I read the post, the driver never mentioned the mpg he was getting while driving the vehicle. The mpg's should have been documented as the primary reason for buying the Prius is the MPG's.
