Finally got an appointment at the tint shop and we got 'Vader' back. I think the tint makes a huge difference! Looks like a different car!
Looks good. Tint makes a huge difference in appearance. It's too bad we can't do 35% on the front windows. It looks so nice that way.
I dont mind friend. It was just over $300 for everything. We did limo on all the back windows plus windshield visor and legal tint on the front. Brand is Nano-Ceramic Signal Enabling Films (Pinnacle Series) which doesn't interfere with a cars nav system, phones, etc.
Thanks Lngbrdr. How long did it take. Also does anyone have a suggestion for a good place for doing this in Eastbay?
Took about 3 hours total. The place is in Rocklin, I would recommend them highly. Not to far from you depending how far east of the bay you are!
What's the name of the place in Rocklin? I'm in Davis. Trying to find a good tint shop. Never tinted before... not sure what to get or who to trust.
I know this thread is old but just in case I have a question for the OP. How is the visability looking out the back windows? Do you feel it's affects your ability to see safely at night?
The saddest thing I've seen here on PC was someone saying he needed to install a backup camera because he couldn't see anything out of his tinted rear window. Hope he gets it (or a ticket) before he hits someone...
