CO2 levels are indeed rising ,but temperatures are stable for the past 13 years.Temperatures soon to be falling if you listen to Piers Corbyn or the many other astrophysicists including NASA who believe the Earth will cool for the next 30 years.Temps are stable and will fall even while CO2 levels are rising.
Temperatures have never been caused by CO2 and the two have never correlated.
The past 10,000 years the Earth was warmer but CO2 was much lower.
500 million years ago in the Earths past there has been 4000 ppm CO2 while the Earth was in ice age.
Yes the Sun had less output at that time but explain this?
How did the Earth come out of the Ordovician ice age,during the following Silurian period the Earth warmed WHILE CO2 LEVELS WERE DROPPING.
Does not add up.
BTW Sea Levels are no longer rising.

Ordovician–Silurian extinction was caused by dropping CO2 levels which caused ice age. BTW Ordovician overall is marked by gradual dropping from 45C to 16C and icing.. all due to lower sun output.

 

It's sad to see the environmental forum go the way of the infamous House of Politics. Sorry, Fred, for what we've done to the place.
