I remember it well; all the EM havoc it wreaked, made it hard to tell Rush Limbaugh from static on the radio, ships ran into hard seas, airplanes made hard landings, buses went off schedule, TV programs were hard to watch, digital watches and clocks all over the world were sometimes hard to read, traffic lights turned red too often, and one of qbee42's sheep got zapped by an excess static buildup when it strayed too close to the shed where he stores all the tinfoil.
