Can I get remote A/C but no solar roof?

I am considering a Prius IV. At my local dealership, I am allowed the following CHOICES:

(C2103) Prius IV - 4 Door Hybrid Sedan

    • Choice "A" ($0)
      • (NIL) No Additional Accessories

    • Choice "B" ($1,930)
      • (NV) Navigation System
        • Backup Monitor
        • USB Audio Port

    • Choice "C" ($3,730)
      • (SR) Solar Roof
        • Navigation System
        • Backup Monitor
        • USB Audio Port

    • Choice "D" ($220)
      • (PC) Optional Color

    • Choice "E" ($2,150)
      • (PC) Optional Color
      • (NV) Navigation System
        • Backup Monitor
        • USB Audio Port

    • Choice "F" ($3,950)
      • (PC) Optional Color
      • (SR) Solar Roof
        • Navigation System
        • Backup Monitor
        • USB Audio Port
Is there a difference between the NAV Package in Choice B from that of Choice C? Or is the use of bullets just used incorrectly?

Also, I really want the Remote A/C feature. I do not see it anywhere in one of the CHOICES above. Is it because it comes bundled with the Solar Roof packaged? I'd prefer to just have the Remote A/C feature alone without the Solar Roof.

And what is the (PC) Optional Color feature? Heck, what is the backup monitor too?

Oh, and I've read that you can actually feel how light the Prius is at fast speeds especially when making turns.

Is this true? I'd be a little worried driving a flimsy-feeling car.

Remote AC is only via the Solar.

I've also read that aliens walk among us. Doesn't make it true.

Take it out for a drive and be pleasantly surprised. The car handles well.

Poor listing of features is what I make of it.

    Here's the translation

The navigation package includes the navigation system, backup camera and USB audio input.

The Solar Roof package includes the contents of the navigation system package plus the Power Moonroof, Solar Panel Ventilation System and Remote A/C.

The (PC) option is Blizzard Pearl. It's a 3-coat pearl white.

Well that's why I asked on the forums. I doubt my local Toyota dealer will let me take it to high speeds, considering it is nowhere near a freeway.

But without a doubt, I'll be test driving the bugger before buying it.

Thanks for the breakdown. Any reason why the Blizzard Pearl is so special though? Why couldn't I get a 3-coat pearl silver haha. Sorry, might be a dumb question. What I really mean to ask is if the option is noticeable? In what aspects?

The pearl looks... well sort of like a pearl. It has a different shiny colour that refracts light if you look at it from different angles. This is different then the regular metallic paint which is shiny, but the same colour everywhere.

^ And the fact that Toyota doesn't offer the pearl effect in any other colors other than White (blizzard).
As Tideland noted, the remote AC is only available with the SRP. Is it effective? I guess that really depends... I ran mine for less than 3 minutes on a slightly overcast day. I remember parking my Prius with close to a full charge on the traction battery. By the time I opened the door, the TB was nearly depleted but I still didn't feel much of a temperature difference.

Want a heavier feeling car get the solar roof pkg. I have driven the II stripped down version as a rental and recently bought a IV with the solar roof pkg and the car is definitely heavier feeling. Does nothing for improved handling being heavier though, at least IMHO. Never took any corners at high speeds... LMAO. This is no Corvette that is for sure! :) BTW I love the Solar Roof Package...

I think that the fan that runs with the solar roof is more valuable than the remote AC. It keeps the car surprisingly comfortable. I don't bother with the remote AC even though I live in Florida.

I made my decision to get the solar roof because, not only is it COOL.. but I love sun roofs!! This is an option you cannot do later..

Because they only offer the 3-coat pearl option on their Whites only. It is typically white on Japanese cars.

Well not the solar roof but you can get an aftermarket moonroof added (A few members here have added it to their 2nd Gen Prius)
