My 2001 Gen1 Prius hybrid battery failed around 240,000km. Without removing the hybrid battery frame from the car, I replaced the modules with new ones from a 2005 and 2008 Prius. I wouldn't recommend this in-car module replacement as I used thin pieces of wood to prop the battery up during this work, and it probably took twice as long compared to removing the whole hybrid battery from the car. Car runs great now but I had some spare parts left over, what should I do with these? Not sure which ones to keep as spares since I'll keep my car for a few more years.

-2005 hybrid Bus bars, wires, screws-keep?
-2005 hybrid ECM-sell for how much on Craigslist?
-2005 hybrid orange fuse-sell for how much on Craigslist?
-2005 Metal frame from hybrid battery-is there any reason to keep this? Sell for how much, or should it got a car parts wrecker or metal recycler?

-2005 hybrid battery modules, enough to fill half a battery frame. Maybe keep just three or four as spares and sell the rest? I have fully charged/discharged them all to test a few times using a hobby charger and they're in great condition. I'm not sure if I easily connect these for another use like I'd like to make a 12V portable power pack for emergencies, or an add-on battery pack to an electric bicycle. These aren't deep cycle batteries though so it would be hard to make sure it doesn't over-charge or dis-charge too much.

    Thanks!

I would be interested in buying some of the cells for my rebuild.

I cleaned out Avi several months ago. But if you just need one or two modules, PM me.
