Everything was working fine until I started messing with camera settings in the service menu today . Now when I shift into reverse, it says "system not ready". Will not let me parallel park or reverse park now. I tried to reset the settings but maybe I don't know how to "save" settings.
That's why you don't mess with the service menu unless you know what you're doing. I perform the nav hack (to override the lock out in motion) on my 2007 Lexus all the time but I don't touch any other settings. Just take it in to get it fixed under warranty and don't say anything.
x2...just take it in. I am sure that they will give him the benefit of the doubt...this time. My Prius is working as advertised...no need to start screwing around with things i don't understand.

So you messed with various unknown settings in an attempt to try to get the reverse beeping to go away? Not too smart.
Good job getting it figured out. It didn't sound like you'd done anything real serious, but I suppose you learned a lesson to remember. Breathe easy, and enjoy your Prius again.
Hi Chris2128, the above link show that file not found, I have the same issue when shift to reverse, the message show that system is not ready, could you provide the tip of how to make it work again.
