I think I will try to put body side molding on myself. I have a wide roll of green body tape. I have a question about how to use tube of pro bond that came with molding. It reads to squeeze in center. I'm guessing the foam end becomes wet and it just smears on under tape line.

Do you have to maintain pressure on the pro bond center as you put it on or how to use it?

I have no idea how to use Probond. I would just go to the store and buy some 3M auto tape.

I will put it on myself. There is already adhesive on the molding. I may or may not use the pro bond glue that came with body side molding, I think I will wait till a nice warm up though, say 75 degree or so.

The Pro Bond appears to be an adhesion promoter or primer. Without it you'll not get as good or durable a bond.
