    actual conversions from "serious" buyers is more like 90%. the problem with EVs up to now has been a lot of talk but little action. many "raised their hand" for the Leaf without serious intent to buy. Tesla S reservationists, Volt, etc. simply because they were making sure all their bases were covered.

    as far as actual dropouts. only know of 3 so far. one had a major change in finances, another balked at the lease terms and another decided not too based on range concerns during cold weather.

    This is good for them. Nissan didn't make things up like a 200 mile EV range for $6000 or other such nonsense, so the production vehicle is inline with what we were told along the way.
