Tells me that potential Prius buyers better take advantage of some deals and tax savings. I bought my last May; I get zip except a cool car with great MPG, technology and low emssions...
I don't think new car tax can be written off for 2010. I didn't see that when filing. They had it for 2009.
Wondering if I got a good deal ... 2010 Prius IV with Navi, Matts, Cargo cover and applique MSRP 30,030 ---> 26,500 including rebate. Is that a good deal?
I think that's pretty good for an 2010 IV. I just got an 2011 III for $26.4K otd here in la area. Still getting used to driving it. I like it & loves the gas mileage. Thank you for the welcoming!
That does sound like a good deal. I got a quote on a 2010 PIV with Solar for $28,500 including rebate.
It's always a good deal when you sign on the dotted line and give your money up for a new Prius! Congrats and welcome to PriusChat.
$12,500 out the door for my 2010 blizzard bisque Prius III. It had 13,000 miles on it when I bought it from the dealer. I am the first "owner" of the car. The dealership had it since new and used it for bringing customers home or to the dealership for their service needs. It was always stored in a heated space and taken care of by the dealership. The reason I got it for so little is because I had a trade that I owned outright and did not owe anything on. So, now we own a 2010 for about $12k.
Ask for Nick at Faulkner Toyota, Harrisburg, PA. THey deliver free within 450 miles. They came up $1,000 less that my local stealer in Pittsburgh. I took delivery at my house yesterday after a brief test drive of this unit (and a 4 day test with a rental in GA). I can't say enough about the dealership. They should be able to deliver to you easily. Also, try Koons Toyota in Tysons Corner VA - good deals. P.S. I don't work for either of them ... just used Truecar.com and made some calls while driving.
I just bought a 2010 IV in Barcalona Red for $24,838 including rebate. I used overstock.com. I just entered the exact Prius I wanted and it gave me 3 prices in the area. Made an appointment with the closest one, went down and signed the papers. Very easy, quick, and no negotiations. BTW, this is my 2nd Gen III. My wife drives the other one. :tea:
Wow! that's an excellent deal, does it come with NAV or Sunroof? I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a used 2010 III Barcalona Red for $21,500 OTD Taxes & Lics. included with 20K miles already on it. Not sure if this is a good deal tho, this is a certified vehicle from the stealership, I mean dealership. Can anyone give me some advise?
That's a great deal for you! Congrats! Around here, the only ones left are well equipped IV and V and very few black.
Is $29,600 a deal? I just bought a black 4 today with Solar Roof package. It came out to $32ish after taxes and fees. After looking at the other deals on here, I feel like I overpaid...
i just bought a new 2010 prius 3 w/nav with 0.9% apr, -$2200 trade-in, -$1500 discount $3000 down and $2000 for 7yr/75000 warranty. came to 59 payments at $416/mo for 5yrs.
Took Delivery of my New Prius III no options $23800 OTD price. Proceeded to drive it home through the Pittsburgh Ice storm last night and was incredibly impressed with how it handled it. Needless to say I would have liked sunny and 60 but hey at least now I know it can handle the snow. No problems pairing the non nav bluetooth and everyone who I spoke with over it said I sounded much clearer than the Nissan system I used to have. I would say I am very pleased Purchased from Rohrich toyota in pittsburgh and they were very pleasant to deal with - especially Chris who handled my sale.
You paid to much for the warranty! Cancel it and purchase it through here, it'll save you about $900!
I just purchased my first Prius!. 2010 Prius III with Nav in Blizzard Pearl and Dark Grey Interior. Got it for $24,534 with 0% APR. I feel like I got a really good deal.
