Maybe we should start a microwave oven thread. Also Tim is super lucky the mountains in Scotland are really only big hills as really tall mountains allow you to get more nasty EMF exposure.

I'm really concerned as to why one of your cats has significantly more EMF than the other.

    Orientation is significant.

Me too.. I assume with age comes wisdom, and EMF generation.
Muffin the .1 miliGauss kitty is twice as old as Madison, the .05 mlliGauss kitty, seems to add up for me!:D

I think the earth's field averages about half a gauss but it's extremely close to dc (swings around every 10000 years or so I think)

OK, we had a break in the rain, and I had a chance to "Shoot some requests"
    Number 1...
    Here's two...

    OK, here are 4,

    Downhill, full regen 70mph

    Downhill, HV Batt only 74mph

Downhill, full regen 72mph, on this one it flashed this result, my wife was quick enough to catch it! It lasted 2 sec or so!

I threw this one in because how many of you can Glide at 70 downhill and keep ICE Off, HV Battery Off! I manage to get a 5 mile run or so every time I roll down this hill! SWEET!

    Downhill, Glide 68mph

    Last but not least

Alas, Tim, being bombarded by massive EMF, has undergone quite a remarkable change!

In ALL these shots, and in the OP, the locations shown were always the highest EMF reading available, all readings were in MilliGauss .001 Gauss!

So the results are still, Not to worry, EMF is MOOT!!

Think the most disturbing part of this post is the <16mpg in one of the early pictures.

    /sarcasm mode on

therefore it's obvious that measuring emf causes poor fuel economy!

    /sarcasm mode off

    Tell me about it!!!
It's one of the problems with living in the "FootHILLS" of Los Angeles...
This particular hill is the street I live on, I am at the bottom, and going uphill to market etc is a drag. I would rather go down the BIG hill, Hwy 2, and wail away with the 99.9 mpg!!!
Of course going back home uphill just sucks!!!
    Why can't I live in a MC Escher print...:D

Unfortunately, the low frequency response of this meter makes this pretty much a pointless exercise. I applaud the OP's effort and intention, but there is not much to infer about EMF and health risks.

:_> No, I meant, one measurement was mostly parallel to the long axis of the cat, the other mostly perpendicular.
