    I'm #6 on MacMaster05's hate list:
    (6. The disinterest in modifications. I seriously get more help and input from Club Lexus in 1 hour, than I do from Priuschat in a month.)

    Do you really hate me MacMaster05? I'm just an old man who doesn't mess with mods, especially on something that's almost perfect (for me). A mod to me is upgrading floormats when the old ones wear out!

    But isn't this better then starting a "What's your favorite recipe?" thread? I like recipes. I like lemon curd pancakes, too. Can you get those at FHOP?

    I removed my hubcaps and replaced them with the center hole button thingies. That's a mod, isn't it? I think it makes it go faster.... :car::car::car:

    That reminds me of a joke.

    So there was this horse and a chicken that lived on a farm. The horse and the chicken were in fact two very good friends. One day the horse fell into a mud hole that he could not get out of. The chicken saw this and said, "What should I do?","What should I do?". and the horse replies,"Go get the farmers BMW and a rope so that you can pull me out".

    So, the chicken runs and gets the BMW and a rope. He drives it back, ties the rope to the horse and the other end to the car. The chicken puts the car in gear and pulls the horse out. "Wow", the horse said. "Thanks a lot!".

    So one day the chicken falls into the hole. "Help, Help" he yells."Go get the farmers BMW and a rope to pull me out!" The horse said, "No need" The horse then straddles the hole...."Hold onto this and I'll pull you out"..... "OK" said the chicken. The chicken grabs a hold and the horse pulls the chicken free of the hole.

    What is the MORAL of the story?

    You don't need a BMW to pick up chicks, if you are hung like a horse.

    I don't hate you or personally hate anbyody. The "hate" was directed towards an attitude. Just because you don't mess with mods doesn't mean you have to ignore others. We all have different backgrounds, knowledge, and experience, but an opinion or suggestion, whether large or small, educated or uneducated, goes a long way. That's why we're here.

    Does a board really need multiple buttons for expressing not just approval/agreement but degree of approval/agreement? I agree there's a button missing but the button that's missing is the one marked "NO Thanks".

    Are you expecting people who have no interest in mods to go into threads and congratulate or otherwise acknowledge someone else for putting funky lights or wood grain trim on their car?? :confused:

    People like you are interested in that stuff so you may do that but I honestly don't care about some of the wilder stuff people put on their cars like wings, body kits, glowy shift knobs etc.. I don't have any reason to look at such threads so I will view the topics that do interest me and will help out where I can. I think this is how most people use the forum. :)

    I think part of your anger is due to the fact you are younger than the majority of PC members, have a slight chip on your shoulder (which I like), and you are likely what I used to consider a part of the "ricer" crowd which means you really enjoy modding your import car and have a bit of an attitude. There is nothing wrong with any of that of course. It is just a bit different than the average Prius driver and as such you may not enjoy being surrounded by us old folk and our antiquated ways. lol

    All that being said, I like you and I hope you continue to post on the forum despite hating everything. :p

    I expected someone to mention this sooner or later. It's a good point. I'll explain: For me, my username/password is always saved so I'm always ready to post a reply. If it's the same for other members, then obviously it doesn't take a lot for people to say "I hate it." or "cool" or "looks good." And people sometimes do, but when I see 150 views and 1 reply, I can't help but scratch my head. I'd actually respect someone more if they said "that completely sucks" or "I have no idea what you're talking about" than to say nothing at all.

    Scary accurate, bro.

    But you're not old.

    I do the same for topics I have already replied to and the notice shows up in my email. Sometimes I am just browsing quickly and don't time to post and other times I just don't have anything to say. I hear ya though. Hell half of my posts get 1,234 views an only a couple replies so I know the feeling.

    I'm like a white Negrodamus or something.

    I go to bed at 9pm now so I think I qualify. lol
