    Silly, when we state numbers here on tints we're usually talking about the VLT (Visual Light Transmission) so 10% has only 10% of visible light going through the window. Therefore it's quite dark... really dark... almost limo dark... so yes I think unless you're blind as a bat everyone can detect 10%

    90% however would be very hard to pick up. Personally I wouldn't be able to tell neither would the majority unless they had a scanner. I think even 70% is not that noticeable.
