Bought my Winter Grey II one week ago today. Drove it 4 miles from the dealership and parked it while I was waiting for my new tires and wheels to come in. Got a call today letting me know they were in, so I went to the tire store after work. These are crappy cell phone pics, but I couldn't wait to put up some pics. I will put up some better ones over the weekend.
I have never owned a car this dark, so it will take some getting used to. I went with a 17" inch wheel and Michelin Pilot Sports. The drive home was about 30 miles and the display was at 52mpg.
Enkei Falcon. I think they are in the low 20s. Probably lose a couple miles per gallon, but thats ok. The 15s on the 2010s is the worst looking wheel on a Prius yet.
Thanks! I will take some better pics this weekend. They look better than that pic appears. I was afraid those wheels might look too Mustang-ish, but they don't once you get them on the car. It is very hard to pick a wheel and imagine what it is going to look like on your car. Especially when there are alot of wheels for our cars to choose from.
It is starting to grow on me a little. It is kinda nice with the hint of purple/blue in there. I liked the fact that it was a new color and not a carry over and also that it is not on any other Toyota product (that I know of) yet. Plus, it goes great with the Misty Grey interior, which had a huge influence on me. My hardest decision when buying this car was the color. None of them jumped out at me. That was one of the reasons it took me so long to buy one. The longer I waited, the less choices I had to choose from as they were flying off the lot. I just went out and walked the lot and said I wasnt leaving until I made a decision!
